Above and below the drawings of last Monday's drawing group. Starters, Rusties and Regulars - all were doing their very best and that is clear from the pictures.Which Clare took (Thank you!!). She did such a good job that I couldn't choose, they were all so good, I post them all!

The advanced class: short, shorter, shortest poses! And then almost a full hour...

With shortest poses, the model turns around in the same position:

 With the short poses, the viewpoints of all artists differ

And with the very long poses, everyone's perspective is different, but many of the participants actually walk around and draw the model from all edges... Others create a portrait - using all the time for that...

Last Monday: live model for starters, which means that we have longer poses and there's a bit of theory, this time about 'background' and 'proportions'. Two new participants joined, and in minutes they 'belonged'. We started as always with a 'warming up' - 6 poses of only 2 minutes and Miranda did a fantastic job there:

After that, two long poses, with a coffee break in the middle, and wonderful work by all! Some experimental, some academic, all original. Have a good look below if you wonder if this class is something for you: it probably is! The best way to start your week, very refreshing and good for your brain...
